The product

LegoTechApps is subscription software for business operations, including customer management, messages, bookings, expenses, analytics and AI-assisted workflows. These terms apply to the software available on app.legotechapps.com. Custom development projects offered separately on the company website are not sold through this product or through Paddle.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use the product lawfully. You may not use LegoTechApps for fraud, impersonation, harassment, prohibited goods, unsolicited bulk messaging or activity that violates WhatsApp, Meta or another connected provider's policies.

Subscriptions

Basic, Pro and Max are monthly software subscriptions. The current price, included features and any included AI usage are shown before checkout. A subscription renews until cancelled. You can cancel from Billing; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues for the paid period unless the account is closed for a serious policy breach.

AI processing usage

AI operations are metered at the rates shown in Billing. Some plans include monthly processing capacity, and additional AI processing packages may be purchased in $10, $25 or $50 amounts. The account display may describe the unused amount as an “AI usage balance.” It is a record of software processing available inside LegoTechApps only: it is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used to pay another person, and has no value outside the product.

Automatic top-up is optional and can be disabled at any time in Billing. The system records every credit and deduction in the account ledger. Underlying model prices and feature rates may change prospectively; the current rate is shown before use.

Third-party connections

Connected services such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google and email providers remain governed by their own terms. Connecting or disconnecting a provider does not imply provider approval, migrate an external account, import historical data or restart paused automation unless the product explicitly says so and you confirm the action.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of the business data and content you enter. You grant LegoTechApps the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit it to provide the features you choose. Details about data access, retention and deletion are in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the software available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, search rankings, sales, message delivery or the accuracy of AI output. Review important output before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Paddle.com is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle. Paddle processes payment, issues receipts and handles approved refunds under its Buyer Terms.
