Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel a LegoTechApps subscription at any time from Billing. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; the software remains available through the paid billing period. Refund rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

AI processing packages

An AI processing package is delivered to the purchasing account after payment confirmation and can only be consumed by AI features inside LegoTechApps. If none of a package has been consumed, you may request a full refund within 14 days. If part has been consumed, we may refund the identifiable unused remainder within 14 days where Paddle and applicable law permit. Processing already consumed is not refundable because the external model cost is incurred at use.

Automatic top-up

Automatic top-up is optional. Disabling it in Billing stops future top-up transactions. An unused automatic package follows the same eligibility rules above.

Payment problems

Duplicate or accidental charges, or a confirmed technical failure that prevented the purchased plan or processing package from being delivered, will be investigated and corrected or refunded. Contact us promptly with the account email and transaction date.

Merchant of Record

Paddle.com processes checkout as Merchant of Record, issues the receipt and returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply.

Email [email protected] with the account email and approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within two business days. You may also contact Paddle through the receipt it sent you.
