Information we process

We process account identity and contact details, business settings, client and transaction records you add, messages and files you choose to use, billing status, security and device identifiers, feature activity, and support communications. Connected features process only the provider data needed for the action you enable.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, provide and secure the software, calculate usage, process payments, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and meet legal accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information or use customer business data to train general AI models.

AI providers

When you use an AI feature, the text or media needed for that operation is sent to the configured model provider. We limit the submitted data to the requested task and use provider settings intended to prevent model training where available. The price and resulting deduction are recorded in your account ledger.

Google data

Google Sign-In uses your name and email to identify the account. Optional Google Calendar access reads busy times and creates, moves or removes events for LegoTechApps bookings. Optional Google Analytics access is read-only for reports about your own site. Google account data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI. Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Payments

Paddle processes payment information as Merchant of Record. LegoTechApps receives transaction, customer, subscription and settlement identifiers needed to activate access and maintain the billing ledger; we do not receive full card details.

Analytics and cookies

Essential browser storage keeps the session, language and security preferences. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics in the consent notice. Declining analytics does not prevent product use.

Retention and deletion

You can schedule account deletion in Settings. Access closes immediately and account data is permanently deleted after the stated 30-day recovery period, except anonymized tax records and limited fraud-prevention records that law or legitimate security needs require us to retain.

Your choices

You can access and update account information in the product, export supported records, disconnect providers, disable optional automation and request access, correction or deletion. Contact [email protected] for a privacy request.
